Building thunderstorm cloud, as seen from my neighborhood in Olathe (looking east, with the storm actually east of Kansas City).
Sadly, the series of storms this afternoon/evening produced a deadly and devastating tornado in Joplin, Missouri (about 125 miles south of Olathe). Prayers to those affected in Joplin from that catastrophic tornado.
